I caught a shoplifter today....shit.

These are not the smartest knives in the drawer. I've never once been wrong when confronting someone down the street. She is/was just casing the enitre street. They are desperate but why hit the small guy up? I see them coming a mile away...and can read their "TELLS". No brainer usually. Sad but I almost feel sorry for them when they start to cry...but that is also an act too.
