BORIS BAGS RIP-OFF?

It looks like we have a fight on our hands...

Boardroom Clothing (not the snowboard shop) aka ECO Apparel aka TNT Garment Mfg. has allegedly 'altered' our patterns and concept and re-worked for their own good.
We'd love to hear your feedback.

Mark Trotzuk and Lan Tran are the directors of that company.

You be the judge. We have their pattern in our possesion. Milimetres out. Concept 99% the same.

  1. Aren't these all just copies of Freitag bags anyway?

Sure is sucks they copied your pattern but at the end of the day all it does is make those guys lame.

  2. sort of but not really....BORIS BROTHERS BAGS are made locally from expired ad vinyl harvested by us, vs. TRUCK tarpaulins and they come in at less than 1/3 the price. I am sad for ECO Apparel, as you say. They are lame and not original in anyway.

  4. OFFICIALLY filed BC Small Claim against MARK TROTZUK and LAN TRAN of Boardroom - Eco Apparel...and served the papers on April 23rd, 2010 for allegedly copying and producing exact models of our BORIS BROTHERS Bags. Insiders say that Trotzuk has done this type of thing before and is very un-popular despite making himself out to be a business man of integrity.

  5. OKAY !!! so it looks like GAME ON. After we filed a BC SMALL CLAIMS suit against Mark Trotzuk and LAN TRAN of Boardroom / ECO APPAREL for allegedly stealing our exact BORIS BROTHERS bag pattern, he replied to contest the claim ! Trotzuk has a bad reputation and history in the industry of such activities as we will prove in court ! Wow.."people just voluntarily came forward to battle Trotzuk along with us" says Mike Jackson. It's like they have helped us build a case. our evidence is a mountain of proof that will show the courts the truth and judge in our favour".

Stay tuned and tell your friends.
